Hearing from Learning Tour Participants

One of the core educational aspects of the Foodgrains Bank is learning tours, where supporters, growing project leaders, community members and educators travel to local projects in countries where we work. These tours offer participants firsthand exposure to Foodgrains Bank projects, facilitate direct engagement with small-scale farmers and foster a deeper understanding of hunger and food security.

Many past participants talk about this life-changing experience as one that helps them come home ready to take meaningful action in their own communities on ending global hunger.
