Canadian Foodgrains Bank is recruiting for a full time Administration Assistant to take responsibility for reception and front-desk management, daily office maintenance, organizational file management, clerical support to the administration and human resources team, and to support our group corporate travel. Typical duties will include daily mail processing, filing electronic and hard-copy information, ordering supplies, maintaining shared spaces like meeting rooms and the kitchen, assisting in managing logistics for corporate and board events, and supporting international travel for learning tours and delegations.
As the ideal candidate, you bring broad clerical experience, fluency in cloud-based Microsoft applications, strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail., and prior experience with international travel needs. You have a welcoming personality, a service orientation, and work well under pressure.
Staff in this position must identify with and support the underlying mission and Christian motivation of the organization. Our language of operation is English, but fluency in French is an asset.

The salary range for this position is $57,411 – $63,887.
