Your support is urgently needed in Lebanon

Humanitarian assistance is urgently needed for the women, men, and children living through the crisis in Lebanon.

Since the start of the conflict, over 2,700 lives have been lost. An estimated one million people have been directly affected, with many of them displaced, and over 12,000 people are injured.

This latest escalation of conflict in Lebanon in September 2024 has made a dire situation even more catastrophic, as the country deals with ongoing economic crisis and hunger.

Your gift will provide the crucial support that is needed to prevent further loss of life and ensure necessities like food are accessible.

Please give generously to help the local partners of our members bring relief and join us in prayer for all of those who are suffering as a result of this violent conflict.

Donate today to help the people of Lebanon.

Who we are:

Canadian Foodgrains Bank is made up of 15 Canadian churches and church-based agencies working together to end global hunger. Since 1983, we have come together in the belief that everyone is made in the image of God, and it is God’s desire that no one should go hungry.

How do we do it?

These members partner with trusted locally-based organizations in the where we work to meet emergency food needs and achieve long-term solutions to hunger.

Working with local partners means they have an understanding of the communities, the culture, and the context, increasing the impact of our programs. These partners work to serve the most vulnerable people in their communities.
