We are recruiting for an Atlantic Canada Regional Representative to join our Supporter Relations team.
Based in one of the four Atlantic provinces and working throughout the region, this half-time position is responsible for supporting local volunteers in community and church-run fundraising initiatives, inviting communities, congregations and individuals to support the Foodgrains Bank and its members, raising awareness of the issues that contribute to hunger, and liaising with donors, agribusinesses, and media.
This home-based position will require extensive regional travel and occasional international travel. Good knowledge of regional agriculture and church sectors, and public speaking, networking and excellent communication skills are required for success in this role. Staff in this position are required to identify with and support the Christian motivation of the Foodgrains Bank.
The salary-range for this halftime, permanent position is $38,391 – $43,734.
