Individual Learning in Anti‑Racism – Call for Expression of Interest

Canadian Foodgrains Bank is a partnership of 15 Canadian churches and church-based agencies working together to end global hunger.

The Antiracism Steering Committee is seeking expressions of interest from consultants with expertise in antiracism learning and practice to design and deliver a program of opportunities to strengthen individual antiracism learning across our organisation.

You will help deepen our ongoing organisational commitment to equity, justice, and accountability by developing an individual learning framework, practical tools, and facilitated learning spaces that support staff in their anti‑racism journeys.

If you bring experience in anti‑racism learning design, adult education, leadership coaching, and organisational practice change, we want to hear from you.

This consultancy may include the design of learning frameworks and pathways, practical tools and resources, facilitated sessions, and leadership-focused supports. Deliverables will be defined in collaboration with the consultant based on the approach proposed.

You can read the full call for expression of interest here.

If you are interested in being considered for this opportunity, please submit a detailed Expression of Interest (max 4 pages), including methodology relevant experience, personnel details, timelines, and fee structure to the Anti‑Racism Steering Committee at jobs@foodgrainsbank.ca before 17:00 CST on February 18, 2026.

Questions of clarification are welcome prior to submission.

At the Foodgrains Bank we believe that a diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace makes us a more relevant and effective organization and reflects our belief that all people are created equal and have a role to play in the mission of ending global hunger. We welcome applications from people from all backgrounds, ethnicities, and identities.
