Building Government Capacity for Conservation Agriculture: Exit and Sustainability Strategy is designed to be implemented concurrently with the current project (Building Government Capacity for Conservation Agriculture in Southwest Oromia) in three zones (East Wollega, West Shewa, and Jimma zones) and 14 districts (six from East Wollega, six from Jimma, and two from West Shewa) will be reached.

The project will train 1,440 smallholder farmers in conservation agriculture and the preparation of organic fertilizer. This project will also perform evaluations and conduct exit and handover workshops with key stakeholders.
