Our Good Soil program is working to build public support and promote policy changes for resilient food systems in the Global South that benefit small-scale food producers, especially women. We are recruiting for an Ottawa-based policy advisor to maintain and grow our presence in Ottawa, taking the lead in networking, facilitating opportunities for influence, and contributing to the development of public policies in support of our mission.
Success in this role will require critical thinking and strong communication skills, diplomacy, and previous advocacy and government relations experience. French language fluency is a strong asset.
This is a term position ending September 30, 2024, with a possibility of extension.
The salary range for this position is $66,598 – $75,866 per year.
