Canadian Foodgrains Bank is recruiting for a Finance Standards and Compliance Manager to join our finance team of seven staff. In the new position, you will supervise two accountants, and contribute to the effective management of an annual budget of more than $75 million.
The ideal candidate will bring relevant education and extensive experience in financial management, preferably in a non-profit environment. A professional designation in accounting, auditing or compliance is required. Strong analytical, leadership and organizational skills, a service orientation and English language fluency are essential for success in this role.
Canadian Foodgrains Bank requires staff in this position to identify with and support the underlying mission and Christian motivation of the organization.
This position is ideally based in Winnipeg, Manitoba, however other locations in Canada will be considered.
