Employment Opportunity: Director, Resources and Public Engagement

We’re recruiting for a director of resources and public engagement to join our senior leadership team. Managing a department of 16 Winnipeg and regionally based staff, the director is responsible for the annual generation of a $13+million donation budget, and for leading the public engagement work of the organization. Team responsibilities include fundraising, donor relations, marketing, communications, and education.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced team leader who brings a vision for our work and thinks and works strategically, with proven competence gained through education and work experience in a combination of team responsibilities as noted above. Excellent oral and written communication skills, a strong service orientation, and English language fluency are essential for success in this role. Knowledge of Canadian agriculture and international development are assets.

The successful candidate must identify with the Christian mission of the agency and be active in a Christian faith community.

The annual salary range for this position is $85,732 – $107,164.
