The Canadian Foodgrains Bank Association is recruiting for a director of finance to join our senior leadership team. Managing a finance department of four staff and a $45+ million annual budget, the director is responsible for overseeing and directing the financial affairs of the Association, and ensuring the provision of high-quality and forward-thinking financial services.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong combination of experience and education in financial management, preferably in a non-profit setting, a recognized accounting designation, and a strong service orientation. Fluency in English, and knowledge of CRA rules for non-profit organizations are essential for success in this role. Knowledge of international development and grant management are assets.
The successful candidate must identify with the Christian mission of the agency and be active in a Christian faith community.

The salary range for this position is $83,845 – $104,806.
