We are recruiting for a permanent, 2/3 time Administrative Assistant to provide full-spectrum administrative support to our 13-member international program department.

The ideal candidate brings broad clerical experience, fluency in Microsoft applications, database skills, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail. A welcoming personality, service orientation and the ability to work well under pressure will be essential to success in this role. Staff in this position must support the underlying mission and Christian motivation of the organization. English language fluency is required.

Based in Winnipeg, this position is permanently office based except when remote work is required by public health order.

The full-time equivalent salary range for this position is $39,294 – $49,118.
