We are recruiting for a one-year, term Administration Assistant to take responsibility for front desk and mail room processes, provide clerical support to the administration department, and support office management functions.

The ideal candidate brings broad clerical experience, fluency in Microsoft applications, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail. A welcoming personality, service orientation and the ability to work well under pressure will be essential to success in this role.

Staff in this position must identify with and support the underlying mission and Christian motivation of the organization.  Our language of operation is English, but fluency in French is an asset.

This position is fully office-based. Remote work will be allowed if required by Covid19 restrictions. The Foodgrains Bank strongly encourages all employees to be fully vaccinated against Covid19.

The salary range for this full-time position is $39,294 – $49,118.
