Fast for Change

Nearly 2,000 Canadians signed on to Fast for Change. By doing this, they shared the belief that hunger in a world of abundance is unacceptable.

Over the last few years, the Foodgrains Bank invited people to fast, pray, reflect, and act to address this disturbing reality. Materials were created for churches, families, or individuals to reflect and take action for change, particularly around World Food Day.

The invitation to fast and pray is still open and materials are available for downloading or ordering below.
